“Missed” pickups, trash left behind, and misuse of cans

Due to a recent rise in calls and emails regarding garbage being left behind, trash cans being treated improperly, or customers getting “missed” we wanted to reach out to as many of the people in our service areas as possible to notify you of the situation at hand. There are other companies who service these areas who are continuing to pick up customers of ours. Please be aware that this is NOT our doing. We strive to provide quality customer service in the office and in the field. Our employees out in the field do their best to place trash cans back just like they found them and never leave anything behind!
